I’ve try it and installation is simple :

1. Add this plugin by supply keyword ‘Vuvuzelator’  and click Search Plugins.

2. Click Install Now

3. Activate the plugin and reload your blog.

As you see from the picture. I got picture (this picture is random) + sound vuvuzela sound
